Sales Tax

Runway Vixxen charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

No refunds only exchange or store credit.

If an item does not fit we will gladly exchange for the same item of a different size, or a different item of equal value WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE. If we no longer carry your size or if your size is not offered we will then issue a store credit. NO REFUNDS ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees, unless there was a handling mistake made by Runway Vixxen. If your item(s) arrive damaged or broken, we will gladly pay for return shipping and replace the item when available. If the damaged item is out of stock, we will offer a store credit or exchange for an item of equal value . Item can only be exchanged if UNWORN. All sale items are FINAL. All jewelry sales are FINAL. Occasionally, we will offer items for sale at highly reduced prices with NO exchange or store credit. We do not make exceptions to this policy.

Standard processing takes between 2-3 business days unless noted otherwise in the item description. We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Average delivery time is 5-7 business days after shipping.

We support all models from petite to plus size.

We do direct booking from pictures please send inquiries to runwayvixxen@gmail.com with the subject: Model Inquiry. Please include at least 5 full body pictures and the following measurements: height, waist, bust, hips and shoe.

This is a great opportunity for any new face or aspiring model to gain exposure. There is no compensation provided but models will be provided their photos to include in their portfolio.
